With capacity reached at the current brewhouse, Copper Dragon is looking to expand once again in 2008.

After many months of searching for a suitable site in Skipton. Land and buildings became available and Copper Dragon was fortunate to secure them. The very important water supply remains the same.

The new site will be built in three phases, with the first building being allocated for the new brewhouse and fermentation room,

Bavarian Breweries are well under way with the construction of a 60 Barrel 4 Stage Brew-house that will give us the ability to produce 120 Brewers Barrels per day with a 600 Barrel Fermentation Capacity. The new plant will be completed by May 2008 and commissioned towards the end of Summer 2008.

The entire plant will be Steam Powered combined both the best of the old world and with technology from today.
