Regular accounts are divided up into geographical regions which are serviced by friendly and helpful account handlers who will look after all your Copper Dragon needs. Weekly Customer Service Calls

Regular customers receive a weekly enquiry call from our trained telesales staff to discuss any future order requirements. These calls are conducted at times to suit the customer and are always conducted in a friendly and helpful manner and are general on a weekly basis.

If an urgent order is required, customers can contact the brewery directly and orders can also be placed verbally. We are literally only a phone call away. Outside office hours orders can be left on our answering machine and we always contact you by return to confirm the order and advise delivery.
